HERSHEY, Pa. — Andrew Archambault, U.S. president of The Hershey Co., will leave the chocolate and snack maker on May 1, little more than a year after stepping into the role.
Hershey disclosed Archambault’s planned departure in an April 14 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, noting that the company has launched a search for his successor.
In the interim, president and chief executive officer Kirk Tanner, chief customer officer Tiffany Menyhart, and chief commercial officer Nate Champagne will jointly oversee the company’s U.S. business, a Hershey spokesperson said.
In a statement, Hershey said "Archambault decided to leave the company to pursue another opportunity. The leadership team will work closely with broader management during the transition to ensure continuity across the U.S. business."
